1. Booking & advance payment

• A 30% advance payment is required to confirm the package booking.
• The booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
• Hotels, transportation, activities and other services are reserved subject to availability.

2. Balance payment

• The remaining 70% must be paid on or before the agreed due date.
• Failure to complete the balance payment may result in changes or cancellation of the booking.
• The payment schedule is communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation & refund policy

• Cancellation requests must be communicated at least 4 days before the travel date to be eligible for a possible partial refund.
• For cancellations 4 or more days before travel, refunds are calculated after deducting hotel, airline, supplier and booking charges.
• Any cancellation within 4 days of the travel date is treated as non-refundable.
• No refund is normally provided for no-shows or unused services.
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective suppliers.

4. Hotel & service cancellation

• Hotel cancellation policies vary by property and booking conditions.
• Non-refundable amounts or charges imposed by a supplier are deducted from the refundable amount.
• If a supplier does not refund, the corresponding amount cannot be refunded to the customer.

5. Changes to booking

• Changes to dates, hotels, passenger details, room category, transport or activities may incur additional charges.
• All changes are subject to availability and supplier terms.

6. Travel documents

• Customers are responsible for ensuring passports, visas and other documents are valid and available before travel.
• New Flyworld International is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect, incomplete, expired or missing travel documents.

7. General conditions

• Inclusions, exclusions, hotel category, meal plans, transfers and activities are as specified in the booking confirmation or quotation.
• Flight schedules, hotel availability, government regulations and weather may result in itinerary changes.
• All bookings are subject to the terms of the respective airline, hotel, transport provider, visa authority and activity provider.

Payment summary

• Booking confirmation: 30% advance payment
• Balance payment: 70% on or before the agreed due date
• Cancellation 4+ days before travel: partial refund after applicable charges
• Cancellation within 4 days of travel: non-refundable
