Zermatt is a completely car-free village; access is restricted to trains and electric village taxis only.
High-altitude excursions (like Jungfraujoch at 3,454 meters) may cause mild altitude sickness; please consult a doctor if you have respiratory or heart conditions.
Layered clothing is strongly recommended year-round, as mountain weather can change rapidly even in the summer months.
Payment & cancellation
Booking confirmation: 30% advance payment.
Balance: 70% on or before the agreed due date.
Cancellation 4+ days before travel: partial refund after supplier charges.
Within 4 days of travel: non-refundable.
